Delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 7 emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery is free on all orders.

After you place your order, we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm it.
We only send your order after it’s confirmed. If we can’t reach you, we may hold or cancel it.
We’ll tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm. Delivery times can vary by area, weekends and public holidays.
The courier will call you before delivery. Please keep your phone nearby.

Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.
