Returns & refunds

Our products are food, so for hygiene reasons we can’t take back opened jars or packs. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a refund for that item.

Unopened items

If you change your mind, you can return unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange it. Return delivery may be charged.

Before delivery

You can cancel any time before your order is sent. Just message us on WhatsApp. You can also check your order at the door before paying.

Refunds

Because you pay cash on delivery, we refund approved returns by bank transfer or another method we agree with you, usually within 7 working days after we approve the return.
