These terms apply to orders placed on zamzamhoney.shop, run by Zamzam Organics, a home-based business in Sharjah, UAE.

Orders

• Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can’t reach you, an item is unavailable, or the details look incorrect.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Delivery is free.
• Payment is cash on delivery. Card payment may be added later.
• Please only order if you’re able to receive and pay for the order. Repeatedly refusing confirmed orders may mean we can’t accept future cash-on-delivery orders.

Products

Photos are for illustration. Honey is a natural product, so its colour, thickness and taste can vary between batches. If you have an allergy, especially to nuts, please contact us before ordering. Our Nuts Mix Honey contains nuts.
